ACFID commissioned MD to rebuild their website to integrate with their new Microsoft 365 Dynamics membership CRM.
The first step of the project was to audit the old site which looks into the site’s, performance, technology and SEO to build a online strategy to meet objectives now and into the future.
We then worked with ACFID to define key user journeys, and outline the steps required to achieve an optimal user experience for members, prospective members, government/media and the public.
Based on this information, interactive user journey wireframes for desktop and mobile were produced to make sure that the proposed site will meet user expectations and ACFID objectives. A technical review was also undertaken to review what interactive modules and efffects could be leveraged.

We then worked with the ACFIDs Designer/Photograper ‘Kate Benson’ to reskin the wireframes with brand and corporate imagery.
WordPress being the CMS of choice was established and the creation of the website was undertaken.
Training and supporting materials tailored to their web site skills was provided so the site can be easilty managed internally going forward.
