System allows secure login by retailers, agents and publishers to manage stock returns and order extras by way of shipping/warehouse integration.

Auditing module to cross reference returns versus actuals.  Plus facility to run invoicing and credits for products sold or commissions from distribution partners.

MD-NSIP ACQUISITION / LEAD SYSTEM

UX, UI design and final build of the MD NSIP system which is a cloud-based application, enabling retail channels to refer leads though POS/tablet or PC.

Includes call centre interface for lead follow-up and convert to acquisition. Plus reporting modules and call-centre notes for management, showing times from submission to call, status and call back rates, conversion rates, scripts and current offers.

Faulty Goods Retailer Return Systems

Being utilised by Australia’s major retailers (such as Harvey Norman, JB HiFi and the Good Guys). The MD Retail Channel Returns system allows retailers to log returned goods with reason for return, to one central cloud based system for manufacturer assessment and return back to the respective manufacturer warehouse for further investigation.
